Thank you for choosing Little Learners Preschool. Along with your registration form, you will need to upload the following items or you can email them to telenaslittlelearners@gmail.com or drop them by the preschool. Registration fee must be paid to hold your child’s spot.
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee – $85 Paid online or via Venmo (@Telena-Hall)
- A copy of child’s birth certificate
- A copy of your child’s up-to-date immunization record
- Upload picture of your child
