Thank you for choosing Little Learners Preschool.  We are so excited to begin working with you and your child.  Please read below for our school policies.

Tuition:

Tuition is a set amount for the 9 month school year ($900 for 3-year-old classes/$1080 for 4-year-old classes) but is paid monthly in equal payments ($100 for 3-year-old classes/$120 for 4-year-old classes), regardless of the number of instruction days in a month.  If desired, the full year tuition may be paid at the beginning of the school year.  Tuition is due by the 5th of each month.  Other arrangements can be made by contacting Telena @ 208-406-7259.  Tuition can be paid via Venmo @ Telena-Hall, on the website (a small fee will be added) or via cash or check (given to your child’s teacher at drop off or pick-up).  Tuition covers 68 days of class, and remains the same monthly, regardless of the number of school days in the month.  If school is canceled due to a snow day, we will make an effort to make up the missed day at another time but no refunds will be issued.  If learners are absent due to illness or vacation, teachers are happy to set aside activities missed but no tuition adjustment will be offered.  (see below for 2024-2025 schedule)

December 19 & 20 Christmas Program Performances

March 24-28 Spring Break-No School

May 22 & 23 End of Year Program Performances/Last days of school

Dates for field trips and class parties will be determined and communicated throughout the year.  A monthly newsletter will be sent with reminders of days off/activities.

 

Teacher Requests:

Teacher assignments will be determined before the school year begins.  You will be notified in August of your child’s teacher and reminded of your child’s class placement.  Class placement is determined by the class you select at registration.

 

Field Trips:

We will take several field trips throughout the year.  Parents are responsible for driving to or arranging for transportation to and from field trips.  Field trips are held during your child’s class time but may be slightly shorter than a traditional class day, depending on the field trip.  We try as hard as we can to choose field trips that are fun and engaging while also being educational.  More info on field trips will be sent throughout the year.

 

Class Parties:

We will have a class party to celebrate Halloween, Thanksgiving (Thanksgiving Feast), and Valentine’s Day.  Parents will have the opportunity to sign-up to help with a class party at our Open House in August.

 

Supplies:

All supplies are covered in your child’s registration fee, due at the time of registration.  If you desire to donate additional items to our classroom, there will be a “giving tree” during the open house where you may select an item to donate.  This is completely optional.
